Wayne Mobley
President
Wayne has worked in the HVAC industry since 1961. He was first employed in the consulting engineering profession, designing commercial and industrial HVAC systems for eight years. He then transitioned into sales with Lennox Industries for six years, followed by an additional six years with Trane. Wayne formed ACES, a manufacturers’ rep firm, in 1981, merging it into Mobley Sales later in 1984.
Wayne’s schooling and professional background in the consulting engineering field, along with his extensive experience in selling, managing, and operating a manufacturer’s representative-type business, qualify him to assist you with any application you may have for our product lines.

John started his business career installing and maintaining HVAC equipment. He then joined Mobley Sales in 1984. His two degrees in HVAC design and electronics, coupled with his many years of selling and installation experiences, make him an excellent candidate to assist you with your HVAC needs. Growing up with a grandfather and father in the HVAC industry, Swinson was exposed to heating and air at a young age. He graduated from Gwinnett Technical College in 2019 with a Technician Diploma and immediately joined MSL. He is qualified and eager to assist you with your HVAC needs.
